Waiting 7 months for a supposed 6 week order

Turn back the clock to March of 2015, I had impressions of my ears made for custom in-ear monitors.<br> <br> Music Connection advertised being the distributor of 1964 Ears, an American in-ear monitor maker (very highly regarded as well.)<br> <br> I took my impressions to Music Connection and was assured that it would take 4-6 weeks for the in-ears to be made and sent to South Africa, 7 months later and multiple calls where they could not give a clear answer as to why the process has been delayed and I still do not have my in-ear monitors.<br> <br> I suspect that my impressions are still at the local store and have not even left the country or they just straight up lost them and didn't take accountability for it.<br> <br> As mentioned above, every time I have called to check on the process they have been dodging giving a clear answer.
