Follow up on 7 month order

This is a follow up on my previous complaint about Music Connection.<br> <br> After emailing the new manager today, I was helped within the hour and given helpful information regarding my issue with my in-ear monitors.<br> <br> Music Connection have gone through some managerial changes in these last couple of months but Jacques was the one who finally helped me out.<br> <br> I thank him for his helpfulness and hope that he can continue to be helpful to others.
