Superior Cellular Sell **** Chargers

The Superior Cellular shop in the centre are ******. I’m tagging the mall because I want them to hold their tenant liable. On 31 August 2021 I bought an iPhone charger which they claimed to be an original and even wrote me a receipt saying I can bring it back if it gives me problems within 3 months. On 25 October 2021 I went into their shop and told them their charger is faulty. They bluffed me, taking my phone and putting a charger that doesn’t work and claiming that it’s my phone that has a problem. I took out my power bank and showed them that my phone is fine, it’s their charger that has to be bent and put in particular positions in order to charge. They wanted me to leave my phone and let them charge for me instead of replacing the charger as initially promised. So I left and went to have my dinner.
