****** Handbag and phone at Musgrave Centre parking lot

Yesterday I went to Musgrave centre with my sister and friend , we had bought a few items when we were packing stuff into the car sadly we had left a pink handbag with personal belongings .

I later realized the bag was not in the car then immediately called and unfortunately it was closed but the call routed to control room .

I spoke to Ntuthuko and explained the scenario of which he took down all my info and promised to callback of which he did after reviewing the camera .

The bag was recovered but my small phone ,cash , bubblegum and bank card had been ****** .

I know I was supposed to make sure i checked that i had the bag with me before I left but i had hope since this happened the action of this bad employee would be captured on Camera and obviously there's a section of lost and found .

I felt that it's unsafe to go there as you can't get assistance and worse this happened in a parking lot and there was a guy that collects trolleys there .

I hope this employee can be dealt because this is unacceptable behavior , it makes you wonder how many people have they ****** from.

Now I have to do a sim swap , buy a new phone :-( .
