Rude drunk ladies at the exit

Today at 17:55 I left the gym at Musgrave and as I drove out my ticket was swallowed by the machine, I called the office and the lady advised I had to pay R9 and but I told her the ticket is not coming back out and I don't have any cash cause I was just at the gym and must have exceeded by a few minutes so she said someone is coming to get my ticket out as she can not lose her job because of me, the other lady came down and opened the machine and gave me a ticket and I don't know if it was mine or not but she insisted it was mine cause they fall into the machine in order, I tried to explain that I just went to the gym and don't have cash and the 1 that came down and the one on the intercom said it's not their problem, I asked to speak to a manager and they said managers knock of at 6 and even if the manager were there nothing could be done for me, the lady that had come down was smelling of alcohol and I asked if they are being rude to me because they are drunk, they than opened the gate and the lady said no she had been drinking yesterday and just has a bhabhalaz, when I asked for her name she said she is Thandeka, I don't know if that is true or not as she was not wearing a badge. I was so disgusted by the treatment the 2 ladies gave me as I basically go to that mall every single day, and I hope this never happens to other shoppers!!! As for me, I will cancel my gym membership on that basis and join virgin active in Pavilion, it will be cheaper and closer for me anyway
