DISAPPOINTED IN NEDBANK.

Nedbank recently changed their online banking system. I think it is an absolute disgrace and I would not recommend it to any one. It is long winded. You cannot get an instant proof of payment. They tell you to go to "Recipients" to get a print out of your proof of payment which is impossible. Whoever designed this website must be an idiot. THEIR ON LINE CHAT PEOPLE ARE ******** AND DONT FULLY KNOW BANK PROCEDURES.
