Refundable Not Refunded

I can understand why Muse Concept doesn't have a review option on their social media pages. Because... what a joke! From the outset, it's been a battle to get a decent response via email. My function was on 18th May, and as of 7th July, I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. The last communication I received was on 3rd July, promising they would sort it out ASAP. Now, conveniently, they're closed for a winter break starting 5th July, leaving me still waiting.

What a brilliant way to fund your business operations—by holding onto deposits for 21 days (or maybe indefinitely). It's truly shameful that I've had to repeatedly chase your company for my own money. If you can't manage your operations when you're on leave, maybe you shouldn't be in business at all!
