Muse beauty experience

Tried to place an order via email as advised by the owner Tasneem so i could pic up my order on the weekend, i emailed a few times i got no reply, i called to follow up and eas told theres just toany emails to go through and on that call i was told the brush set i wanted was in store i did go to the store and purchased it but what i didnt know was the item sold to me was a sample, the lid was thrown at the back of the drawer i watched him look around till he found it at the back of the drawer, its been dug into, s****ped and torn, it wasnt to my knowldge that this would be a sample item but because i was already at the store and knowing its a limited edition i embarrassedly purchased it, im super disappointed, the kylie lip kit box was also smashed because someone had opened it before me it was not used but it was opened and smashed in at the top, the 35 colour crown palette eyeshadow however was sealed neat and untouched sadly this was the cheaper item between it and the morphe 7 piece cristal brush set which if you look at the site is very expensive its way over R1000, to the Muse beauty team please try and respond to emails and take calls or try and get back to customers because had i been able to place an order through you like it was said to me over the phone i would have had a sealed undamaged morphe brush set and an unsmashed kylie lip kit, super upset with my whole muse beauty experience, i really expected better
