Good until there is a fault with your order

I’ve ordered several times with them. You get your goods. But if something goes wrong with your order, you will be ignored. I’ve ordered a jelly highlighter (on sale). Upon receiving the order I’ve notice that the highlighter had separated and was essentially not useable. I assume this is due to them storing their products for years and years. Eventually putting expired products on sale. I have tried contacting them via email, WhatsApp and instagram. The only response I got was via instagram, saying they’d get back to me. They have not. Be warned that they do not get back to you if you have any order related issue.
