Do not send invoices

In have been phoned and nagged on many occasions from these people for payment, and I have asked on every occasion to please email the invoice so I can make payment, I still have not received the invoice. They keep saying they have sent it and can not prove the emails to me. I want to help Charity organisations as much as I can but if they do not co operate with a simple email to me with the invoice I can not pay.
