No response

I am not happy with how M&F handled this whole refund matter - Pinetown branch closed down and some members moved to Musgrave. I couldn't move to Musgrave but had an option to request for refund. I was told refund will be finalized/done before the branch's official close down. The branch has been closed but I still haven't received my refund. I wrote to M&F's facebook messenger and requested assistance , I received feedback with managers email address. I emailed the manager 3 times already and I have had no response from the Musgrave manager.
