NO DISCLOSURE

This is regards to my gym cancellation i was not told about a 40% cancellation fee on the contract it was a month to mont contract the staff member knew that i was relocating and i did mention it to him clearly i even have witnesses it is not my fault that yourl dont have facilities in jhb i dont think its fair that i disclosed all information and he did not verbally he should have told me about additional fees as i was joining the gym for the first time its not fair to ***** people based on a persons lack of knowledge on joing the gym he even told me by the time a move they will be facilities in jhb it was wrong to sign up a deal based on false information given to the customer now that i wana cancel it cause theres no facilities i have to pay this cancellation fee with all due respect if the was facilities within the area i would not cancel it makes me angry to know that busniess is done this i haverelocation fees that i have to pay in order to move and this cancellation fee is not acceptable the person that helped me is prince from my knowledge he no longer works there,please treat this with a matter of urgency according to cpa all information should be disclosed verb
