Alteration of contract after I had signed up.

My contract was processed as a 24 month contract after being told they would wait and speak to the manager to see if it could be changed as I wanted a 12 month contract and had originally signed up for 12 month as a student, then to be told I could not be processed as a student because I worked part time as a waitress. Then after my monthly price increased, to be told actually i had to signup for a 24 month contract. I told them not to process it until speaking to the manager and getting back to me. They agreed and said they would call me and let me know the outcome. no one got back to me, and when I called today, I was told my contract had been processed and in fact I now need to pay 2486.40 in order to cancel. This is absolutely ludacris and i refuse to accept it.<br>
