Worst service
<p>I went to Musawenkosi in Bethlehem to fill my bakkie and experienced a poor service,the lady petrol attended told me to wait for slip and I waited about 10 minutes for a slip and all she could say for wasting my time was sorry</p>

We wish to inform you that Viva does not have, nor has it ever had, a filling station outlet in Bethlehem, and though we find your experience regrettable, we believe you are mistaken as to the identity of the service provider where you received poor service.
We would like to state that Viva goes to great lengths to ensure its service staff are trained and fully competent to provide fast, friendly and efficient service to its customers on its forecourts at all times and we hope that should you pass one of our actual service stations on your future travels, that you will consider putting our actual service to the test.
