Poor service

I went to viva filling station garage in maserum park on sunday, 7 may, to get paraffin, after waiting patiently for 15 minutes because Thembi that was supposed to assist me was in the bathroom. She came back, even though she could see I had a bottle she continued to pass and went to relax in the resting room. I went to her and asked for paraffin, she straight told me that she will not help because it's raining. It was drizzling and all the petrol attendants were working but she told me that she can't service me because there's no shelter where the parrafin is kept. I then went to the manager who continued to tell me that she can't speak to Thembi because she is not her manager. I am from Glen-***ie, 15km away from this garage, now when this lady says she can't service me because it is raining, what's supposed to happen? Why is this *********** worker the only one assignedto assist the poor community with paraffin? I am so disappointed and I am writing this review, knowing very well that nothing will be done about it. How many people did Thembi treat like she did with me that could not complain? Wow
