How I wish I could give the viva fueling station in slurry north west a 0 star rating. Awful service. Firstly, there's no decent cold beverages in any of the fridges all room temperature. Which I could still understand cause it is hot but seems to me that they are the only business in town struggling with the heat cause everywhere else you ACTUALLY find cold beverages. Secondly, there's 2 ATMs inside the shop, none of them has money inside that you can withdraw money from. Thirdly, the ladies bathroom has 4 toilets. 2 out of order and the working two has no toilet paper. No hand soap to wash your hands afterward. And lastly, the cashier that stands at the till and talks to her buddieS for about 5-10 mins before giving any attention to you AS A PAYING CUSTOMER. Then not asking if you would like a plastic bag seeing that you have quite a lot of stuff (we were on our way back to cape town so bought enough food and drinks to last until our next stop) and when I finally asked for a plastic bag she gave it to the coloured lady hanging over the counter screaming at the staff and making jokes who then put the plastic bag nicely over my groceries letting me pack it myself. Never have i ever been so disappointed by customers service.
