Failure to Cancel Policy and ******** Deductions

There was an accident ,the claim for the vehicle was paid, but despite notifying the broker and insurers and requesting cancellation of his policy immediately after his passing, the policy is still not cancelled and money continues to be deducted from my mother’s account every month. We have called many times, Sent emails, and my mother has physically gone to the offices multiple times. We keep being told the policy “is being cancelled”, yet the debit orders continue. It has now been almost 5 months since his death, and we are still being charged. This is extremely distressing and has created unnecessary financial strain during a very difficult time for our family. The companies involved are Murovhi Financial Services A to Z Insurance Administration Santam All our attempts to resolve this have been unsuccessful. We simply want, the policy cancelled effective 13 June 2025, and A full refund of all premiums deducted after his passing. We are exhausted and out of options. If this is not resolved urgently, we will escalate the matter to the Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance (OSTI). We deserve better treatment, especially under these circumstances.
