Disappointing quality

I am very disappointed of some of muro bello's work. They are an interior design company who decorated our home. Our wall unit has two long cupboards with a missing shelf so a complete waste of space...i need to fit something very tall in it to make use of the space, which I don't have anything tall. And now the drawer of the wall unit which was fitted in 2021 slides open every time I push it closed...it's not even a full two years old....and it was not exactly cheap.
