Unsatisfied customer

This company is a ****. They charged R850 to repair and replace the tap for the washing machine and brought a used tap and took my old one. Then when I tried to contact them to fix it they claimed they would come back with a brand new tap but they didn’t and ended up blocking my number. Very unprofessional and unreliable customer service.
