Munster Executive Apartments

Good morning I'm supposed to be traveling to Durban on the 2nd of April 2020 and check in at Munster Executive Apartments with my family, now due to the national problem that we have which is the corona vrius. I didn't to postpone to another date and they are failing to help me they saying they can only give me 50% of what I have paid which is not fair because now I didn't cancel the trip. Please kindly help me
