Useless service

<p>Not only did it take 3 weeks for them to get back to me to set up an appointment for a viewing (my fiancé and I were interested in the venue for our wedding) but after that it was all downhill. On the Friday I had the new events lady (Ray) call me to apologize no one had gotten back to me (after 3 emails and trying to call once with no response), she said the old events co-or donator had left and taken everything with her. So on the Friday she called and we set up an appointment for that Sunday 11am. When we arrived we ordered a coffee and a cappuccino while we waited (Ray was not yet there) and they brought us one tea and one coffee (???). Ray was 45 minutes late for our appointment- she said they had tried on the Sa****ay to confirm our appointment time but because I was working I only responded about 5pm so no one had let her know apparently (even though we had literally confirmed the appointment time on Friday). We had a very brief tour of the venue and Ray said to me she would email through a quotation. It has been a week now with NOTHING from their side- not an email, not a follow up phone call just nothing. I am so shocked by their complete lack of communication- for a boutique hotel I really was expecting a lot more. I would never trust them to hold a wedding or function from me of this is the way they deal with potential clients.</p>
