Highly dissapointing

I booked a night at the hotel for My daughter for her M.D. on making the booking an email was sent to the establishment explaining that we would have a photographer present to take a few photos of my daughter, her date and one or two pics as a family.

While the photographer was busy taking photos. We told that we could not sit by the pool area as they had a function they were preparing for.

We were that all of an hour, we were not in anyone's way... the lady made it seem like the reason we were there was not important... but this function was. She further went on to say that we were bolcking up the parking lot ... yet we only had 2 cars parked in the lot.

I must say it was a very dissapointing experience and the lady in question was very very rude and not tactful at all...

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone as they are very selective as to who they make feel welcome who they don't...
