Munniks jewelers selling my stuff to cover costs

Took two watches to them for service (Cat and Fossil). Sold my car after this and lost the ticket. Informed them i lost the ticket and they said they will look for it. Kept on contacting them but they never found it. Went to them three weeks ago and they sold BOTH my watches to cover costs (R200). Acc to them its their policy but why sell both watches (one worth 2000) to cover R200?? Ine of their employees reported that he told the owner that we were looking for the watches but he sold it anyway. Niw according to the owner he doesnt keep track of watches he sells. So basically he made a huge profit of my watches and refuses to repay me
