Unsatisfactory service

I had pension benefits from my late father pensions fund, which was administered by coris capital and now by Sanlam, since the inception of this account I have never received any formal documents which shows how much was invested, then put up a request for monthly allowance for R500

Now m told the funds have depleted and I requested a statement which I have received after so many emails but now I need clarity on the statement received but Sanlam is not responding to my emails, branches are saying they can't assist.
