Poor and Bad Service by Municipal Gratuity Fund (MGF)

These people I have resigned from Lesedi Local Municipality more than 5 years ago till to date they have not paid my money. They are taking me from pillar to post. They are requesting all sorts of documents even if you give them they won't process the payment. This is a poor Gratuity Fund that municipal employees can join. They have a bad service and one even think that Municipal Gratuity Fund are not intending to pay my money as promises.
