Please help me a pensioner

Last year in October 2020 municipality submitted a claim after my son passed on for pension fund. Today is 05 November 2021 and I have not received a cent. My son was paying rent for me now they are chasing me out becuase I can't afford to pay rent and Sanlam doesn't want to release the money so I can pay rent. I am pensioner. Please help me and stressed because I don't know what to do. Aida Marwa
