Pension Fund Pay Out not Satisfied

My name is Zandile Florence Hlatshwayo I've been a member with the pension fund for 14 years 3 months. My problem is that when I received only R400 000.00 on my pension,but the statement that I last received was R829 338.84 it was for 29/02/2924. My query is that what happened to the rest of my pension money. To even receive that R400 000.00 was a hustle it took them months. My member no is ***0, I would like for them to show me the calculations how did they end up paying me that amount. My contact no is ***. It can't be for 14 years and receive that lame . I'm also prepared to tell even those still the members of that Fund that they are wasting time and their money,because when they resign or retire they will receive peanuts, I'm very dissappear.
