No power only 3 candles and a gas cylinder

We wanted to have new year in Hilton. When we got there we had power for a hour. No one advised us that they have power problems all the time. Then we got power again at 22h00 before we left the next morning. How do 4 people wash their hair ( females need to dry and curl ) no bath just 2 showers. We had to pay for 3 days to get clean at another hotel and could not even make food. All meat had to be thrown away. We did not even see owner when I called her to say what do we do with the keys when we leave.......we were told to leave it in the door. No refund nothing. A good place if you want to go camping with no power. Very very bad. Never again
