Munchkin Travel agency

I have booked with Munchkin Travel agency in January for a family vacation in September to Cape town which they booked on the hotel name Best western suites hotel .On the date of 13-03-2020 I have requested them to cancel my booking and they said they will refund me the amount of R4000-00 by the end of March. Till today I have been pleading with them to refund me because the cancellation was done in March and I have not received my money.

I have confirmed with the hotel if the reservation has been cancelled and they confirmed that it was cancelled on the date of 13 March 2020 and they have never received a deposit from the agency:Reservation number:***.

I have been in talks with the Munchkin agency and the Manager of the company (Munchkin Travelling agency) since March, have not been refunded.

It clearly shows that they **** people out of their hard earned money to go on holidays because they request the full amount before they can book for you but when you cancel the booking they do not refund the clients.
