Leaking cups and no response

I purchased two Munchkin Sippy Cups awhile back and within the first week they began to leak. All the liquid just spill out of it and it was meant to be a no spill non drip cup. I emailed the company on the 26th of March 2015 and received a response at first Patricia told me how to activate the cups (these instructions were not on the packaging) afterward she rep**** saying i should send the product barcode and pictures of the cups which i did. On the 28th of March 2015 she rep**** saying she would send two new cups and i would receive after 5-15 business days had passed.<br> <br> I had waited for 19 business day to pass before emailing her again to which she rudely rep**** that i needed to wait the allotted time which had already passed. I waited again my last email to her being on the 17th May 2015 and she has not rep**** till today 26th May 2015. <br> <br> I've been using Munchkin products for both my children for the last five years and i am very disappointment with treatment I've received thus far.
