Poor Service & Attitude - Munch, Walmer Park

During Dec 2015 my folks and I went to Munch. We ordered Ice Smoothies. After 15 min of waiting we were told by Steven that they were out of ice. We then ordered milkshakes and a chicken strip & mushroom pancake and asked if it would be enough time since we were on our way to see a movie. He responded yes. We received the milkshakes (delicious) but the pancake only arrive 5 minutes before the movie started so we took it as a take-away. When my mom opened the pancake at home that eve she could not fine the chicken strips. We took the pancake (in the box) back the next morning. Steven (assistant manager) responded by bringing us a chicken & mayo mix they use and said that this is what they used for their pancakes. NOT chicken strips. His reaction gave the impression that this customer was wrong and he is right. He did not apologise and told my mom \there is chicken in the pancake so I can't help you". This is not the only incident of bad service I have had there and will personally not go there again. The previous time they ran out of milk!"""
