Late last year i took my car in for service and had two issues that made the consultant aware of. When collecting the car i was told that my issues are resolved. i took the car back because i was still experiencing the same problems and to my disappointment they acknowledged my issue was told that it cannot be treated as a return job but i must pay again. i asked to speak to the owner but the so called manager said that is impossible. She told me she is the only manager there and i must decide if i want them to fix my car at an extra cost because of frustration and did not want to take my car anywhere else i agreed to pay. My car still have the same issues. South Africans be careful that place knows nothing about cars. The female Manager has no respect for the clients and i don't know how she got that job. I can't believe i paid that much and they decided to **** me.
