Poor food quality

I would like to express my disappointment and disgust in the quality of your food. On Friday 30 July 2021 my husband ordered 1x Lamb bunny chow half , 1 x madras prawns, 2x garlic naans. It was so disgusting to find hair in the bunny chow while eating. Please do not tell me that it could be from the spices, I am indian and I use a variety of indian spices and I have never experienced anything "hair looking in my food". What kind of standard does Mumbai Cafe have if hair is found in food during a global pandemic!!!!!! Are the staff not wearing hair nets, masks and gloves when preparing dishes? It was also very disappointing to receive 6 prawns which my husband and I had to share because of the poor quality of the bunny chow. This order was a genuine *******.
