The recent passing of my dad who had a policy with them for 17 years, they never missed a beat when it came to deducting the monies for the policy or escalating the policy amount yearly for premiums. having paid in over R25000 in premiums in those 17 years upon his death in October the pay out amount was a poultry R6300, which was not enough money to even come close to being able to pay for his funeral burial or cremation. please find an alternative funeral policy company as all they are interested in is taking your money for their own edification and do not have the clients best interest at heart. you will earn more interest and leave more money to your loved ones investing the money yourself, but never take out a funeral policy with multisure.
