NO SERVICE AT ALL!

My review is for Multitech installers Installers of Dstv,Openview,etc I dealt with Oliver.I just need to put it out there that this this guy has NO idea of customer service.He installed a dish on a wooden plank for a wendy house when he was originally asked to use the 50mm wood(more stable) which was provided by client & to install on opposite end of hse.He decided to use a thinner,longer plank found in yard which then later vibrated in the wind & caused no signal a day later again which was the MAIN reason he was there in the first place! He insisted that he did a decent job & she didn't want to pay extra for a pole which cost R650 extra! Totally ridiculous!He refused to return & sort this out for a pensioner living in a wendy hse.So pensioner out R450 & had to pay ANOTHER installer R400 to install with ORIGINAL BRACKET on a stable wall which was always an option but because Oliver was too close minded & just after money he didn't use it! I STRONGLY suggest you steer clear of this shark!
