FAILED FALL ARREST SYSTEM (FAS)
I have purchased FAS from Multiquip which was latter rejected by Eskom for non compliance and failed or broken metal buckle. The FAS set was sent back to be fixed, Multiquip fixed but failed to provide test certificate of the fixed units. I've send emails to the the manager and director to respond to some question asked by the end user to no avail. It's been months of sending endless emails, whatsapp massages and they don't even care to respond.
