An exceptional service from Mrs Nellie de Beer. I first made contact with this company on the 31st December 2021 when we needed to be prequalified for a new bond. on the 22 January 2021 the bond papers were in the conveyancers offices to start the registration of the bond, despite delays from us and the Sellers in signing the Offer to Purchase papers. She did everything from credit check, prequalification to applying to different banks for the bond financing. She even negotiated for us to get finance at a low 6.30% interest rate, 0.70% below the prime rate.
