Multimasons - Abandoned site - not returning money owed after 30 days

<p>I appointed Mutimasons, an unregistered company operated by Christiaan (Chris) Wagener and Rudolf (Roel) Zonneveld do to major renovations at our house.</p> <p> </p> <p>Quality of work was poor</p> <p>Work was unsupervised 90% of the time</p> <p>Labour used was uns****ed, all the electrical work was done wrong.</p> <p>"Cancelled" or abandoned the contract after a big deposit was paid for aluminium windows and doors and other steel work.</p> <p>Not honouring any commitments made yet to return money.</p> <p>Our case is not isolated, we are aware of 2 other similar cases, modus operandi seems to get enough money out of the customer and then walk away, usually leveraged by seeking deposits for aluminium windows and doors.</p> <p>Currently redoing all the plumbing and all the electrical work with other contractors.</p>
