The worst experience i have ever received from a business. On the 25th of June bought a generator for R97 750.00. When it arrived it was not in working order and had oil leaks, it was sent back and replaced by a new one.

The new one that arrived had no air filter at all and surprisingly not working as well. So paid in a further R81 234.53 to get a better generator and its not working as should. At the point where im done with struggling i requested a refund that Multilec approved then later stated it was in good condition and they are not going to refund. Without even coming to check if they can resolve the persistent issues we experience. Without offering any assistance within the warranty.

They sent me each time to speak to a different person just to end up with the person i started talking to in the first place.

Worst service for the huge amount of money spent. Not one person cares. Not one person is trying to resolve the issues
