PROMPT and EFFECIENT SERVICE
I was in panic mode as I had forgotten my DQ appointment, and my phone was off meaning the technician couldn't reach me as it was only 30mins before my appointment! <br> <br> I promptly contact the brokerage and Karima got hold of the technician promptly and further gave him the directions to my work place. all of this happened in under 15mins may I add! I was very impressed with the manner she handled my query and the prompt manner she did
