I know she'd like the headline (hiehie)<br> <br> Just a quick compliment to Michelle Botma and her team for delivering such great service (in my home language) and just going the extra mile. It was a mission getting rid of Outsurance as my Insurer (there's nothing wrong with them - just needed a change) and Michelle handled everything brilliantly for and on my behalf. <br> <br> I also know that should I need anything from my insurance or if I need to know anything at all that she's just an email away. <br> <br> Thanks for the excellent service Michelle!
