Assistance from the date I joined

In November last year I received a call from Jaco Heydenrych about my insurance and it took him 3 days to convince me to move over from my previous insurance company to Discovery. (I have been with my previous company for 20 years) the moving over was the easy part. we had lots and lots of issues with small things and even though I felt like a Ginny *** Jaco remained calm and helped me or got somebody to help me. Honestly, if it was not Jaco's sense of humour and his willingness to help I would have gone back to my old insurance company. it looks like the DQ tracking device is not also sorted out but (after months of being send from pillar to post) not I only hope that I will get compensated for the months of \loss"because the supplier did not know their own product.
