Terrible service

The cleaning division did such a terrible job (29.10.18) on the post occupation of my small 2 bedroom flat. They came back a second time (02.11.18) and still did a terrible job. Awful customer service. I ended up having to clean it myself (05.11.18), as the estate agent and landlord were getting frustrated, as possible tenants had to come see the place. My flat was also completely empty as I had moved out on the 28.10.18. They charged me a R1000.00 and only offered a R250.00 refund. This not only cost me time off work, (estate agent phoned me and I had to go immediately), but petrol, cost of phone calls and data. Personal time to write emails and more. Resulted in unnecessary stress and anxiety as well.

I will only recommend their carpet and upholstery division. What a serious disappoint with the cleaning division.
