Very Bad Service

<p>The Company called MSP is very bad i have bought a house that was developed from scratch. It is a very painfull experience. 1. It took them over a year after approval to finish the house and i had to submit my documents 3 times already for approval. After they called me to say i must move into the house. I found that there is no electricity, they owed municipality for the water they have used. They didnt resolve the issue when i called them but told me that they will still send documents to the project manager who will still investigate to determine whther the invoice was based on estimation or actual before they can pay. When you call the sales agents that sold the property they tell you that you must go via call center for everything and not call them again. I dont have electricity and im staying with my small kids.</p> <p>This is really bad and i would like to advise even their Client Communications Offer (Madika Tshabalala) is very rude towards customers.</p> <p>She will rudely switch you off.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to apeal to eveyone to stay away from these people as they dont know what they are doing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their service sucks!!!!!</p>
