I called their head offices countless times to report the leaking pipe and tap that connects to the washing machine in the kitchen. They promised to send people to come and fix within 24 hours. At first it was the bathroom and kitchen taps leaking. Imagine, I have to pay the municipality for wasted water. Their service delivery is very poor.
