Lack of payment iro Deposit Refund_Msp Rentals

If at all possible - do not rent a property through MSP rentals. Not only do they not respond timeously to your queries, but they do not stick to their promises (ie we will get back to you tomorrow - PS no one is going to get back to you). on 29.03.18 I submitted my documentation for the deposit refund with the understanding that it would be refunded within 7 workings days. It is now 9 working days later and still no refund!!! I have called for 2 days straight and either get told "someone will get back to you" or "the person is not in the office". Funny how the person is never there - even is I call at different times on different days. VERY POOR SERVICE INDEED!!!!!! All I want is my deposit back and to never have to deal with MSP Rentals ever again!
