Damages to landlords property

I have suffered severe damages to my property due to poor or no inspections done. They like to past the buck to the previous *********** just properly group owners called MSP. It's shocking to see how badly they look and care for your property. You would think by paying a commission every month the agents would actually do their part by regular inspection etc I eventually received my keys back on the 10th of the month. My flat is in a shocking condition and they just don't care. When asking for the directors details they all duck and dive. Be warned landlords!
