WORST EXPERIENCE AND DAMAGES BEYOD REPAIR

My ********** experience from Multiserv at Atterbury Value Mart that ended up in 4 pairs of my boots being damaged to the extent that I cannot wear it at all. On Tuesday the 28th of April, I gave in 4 x pairs of boots for repairs: I explained all to the two gentleman that were in the shop and asked them when my boots would be ready on which they told me that I could come and collect on Wednesday. Due to engagements I was only able to go on the 1st of May the Friday morning, expecting for all the repairs and work to be done. However, upon my arrival I found that my boots were only TORN apart and that they were only starting on it that morning. On Monday the 4th of May May I returned and I was horrified to see what had been done to my boots and I called the owner and expressed my disgust on the work and damages to my boots. He said he would investigate and get back to me. He did so the following day the 5th of May and asked if I could meet him at the shop and I said that I would be there at 16h30 . On my arrival - the owner was not there.I demanded the money that I had for the NON repairs as in my opinion was not done - and I was now left with MORE damages and boots I
