Wanted to repair shoes

on the 31 March I drop the sandals for repairs. They couldn't say how long it will take but they will sms me. On Saturday the 2 nd of April I went there to found out if the sandals is ready, it still not done not even started. On Wednesday 8th of April still nothing was done I asked them for the sandals no service...only excusses
