So, so, so disappointed at Multiserv

So, I went to cut a key at a Multiserv franchise on Thursday (05/02/2020) that is based in Port Elizabeth, Govern Mbeki Avenue at the old mutual building. Guys I literally I paid R29.00 for it an already cut key. When I went back there to fix it up since it didn't fit. I hoped they could assist me. Keep note the time I went to buy the key, I was assisted by a sweet coloured lady.

On my next visit, there was this white big lady with a very nasty attitude. I tried to explain and she was like; "Hold on let me tell you what's happening. Do you see the difference in the shape of the key". She was all over me. It's as if I am stupid and can't see a difference in the key shape. So she said, "You'll not get a refund for the key if I make any alterations". She went straight to a shoe machine and grinded the key to an unrecognisable shape. I asked her acting stupid as if I don't know what's the difference between a key cutting machine before she grinded it.

I dreamt of buying this brand as a franchise in the future but damn no not knowing there isn't customer service and s****s training going with it. I am so disappointed because Multiserv is a brand with a strong history. Even the guys in the street provide better service. I am used to taking my shoes for repair a Multiserv franchise branch that's on Cleary Park but now I fear dealing with these guys. Desai's and Buildit I can suggest to anyone wanting to cut their key don't make my mistake guys don't.
